Hard to Medium-Hard Rocks (Mining & Quarrying)

Hard Rocks: Granite and basalt, known for high compressive strength, are first crushed by the jaw crusher (reducing 600mm boulders to 100-150mm), then shaped by the impact crusher to produce cubical aggregates (5-40mm), ideal for high-strength concrete and highway pavement.
Recycled Concrete: Reinforced concrete debris is fed into the jaw crusher to break down large chunks, followed by impact crushing to remove mortar and shape aggregates. The vibrating screen separates steel reinforcements (later removed by magnets) and grades recycled aggregates for reuse in construction.
Iron Ore: Raw iron ore lumps undergo primary crushing (jaw crusher) to reduce size, then secondary crushing (impact crusher) to liberate iron particles. The screen classifies ore into coarse and fine fractions, with fine fractions directly fed to beneficiation processes.
Limestone: Medium-hard limestone is efficiently processed through jaw crushing (primary reduction) and impact crushing (shaping) to produce uniform aggregates (0-20mm) for cement production, agricultural lime, and soil stabilization.
