Gypsum powder manufacturing demands exacting standards and reliable equipment. For small to medium-scale production requirements, the YGM95 Raymond Mill plant offers an exceptional solution for producing high-quality gypsum powder with capacities ranging from 1 to 3 tons per hour. This complete grinding system combines proven technology with modern efficiency to deliver consistent results for construction materials, industrial applications, and agricultural products.
• Optimized for Gypsum: Specifically engineered for non-metallic minerals with medium-hardness like gypsum.
• Excellent Particle Size Control: Produces powder between 80-325 mesh (180-45 microns) with tight distribution.
• Energy Efficient Operation: Lower power consumption per ton compared to conventional ball mills.
• Low Maintenance Design: Simple operation and easy access for maintenance.
The YGM95 Raymond Mill follows a systematic grinding process to produce high-quality gypsum powder efficiently. Here’s how it works:
• Gypsum stones or lumps are fed into the hopper via a electromagnetic vibrating feeder.
• The feeding speed is automatically controlled to maintain a steady 1-3 TPH output.
• If the gypsum is in large chunks, a jaw crusher PE200X350 may be used first to reduce the size.
• The crushed gypsum is then transported to the raymond mill hopper.
• The gypsum rocks enters the Raymond mill grinding chamber, where rotating rollers crush and grind the material against the grinding ring.
• Centrifugal force keeps the rollers pressed against the ring, ensuring efficient grinding.
• The fine powder is carried by airflow to the classifier for particle size separation.
• The high-efficiency classifier separates coarse particles (which return to the mill for regrinding) from fine powder.
• The qualified gypsum powder (80-325 mesh) is collected by the dust collector.
• Exhaust air is recycled or released after filtration to ensure dust-free operation.
• The collected gypsum powder is discharged into a storage silo and then packed for delivery.
• Tailored Configuration: Optimized jaw + cone/impact crusher combos for materials (hardness, moisture, size) and capacity (50–2,000 t/h).
• Smart Control: PLC automation for remote monitoring and self-adjustment (e.g., cone crusher discharge).
• Comprehensive Support: From planning to maintenance, ensuring long-term operational efficiency.
• Durable Parts & Upkeep: Premium wear parts (e.g., jaw plates, hammers) and proactive maintenance for sustained performance.
